A lot has been written about nutrition and the need for a healthy, balanced diet. In truth, it's simple to get the right balance between activity and nutrition but we need to understand that everyone is an individual and we all have specific needs for ourselves.

A Paleo diet is all about natural foods to help achieve great health and a perfect physique. The human body evolved for more than 2 million years with the food found in nature: game meat, fish, vegetables, wild fruits, eggs and nuts etc. It makes sense that utilising these natural foods will be more beneficial than eating processed foods...not rocket science really! The key is to get your nutrition levels balanced with your individual body needs and personal goals.
Depending on your personal aims and lifestyle you may also opt for using supplements to help with your nutritional programme. I can advise on the best supplements for you but here are a few examples.

Take during a workout, 2 scoops into a shaker of water and can also be used if you will be a long time without a food source
Is a natural fat burner. The EGCG increases the rate at which fat is burned within your body.
