Luke Levitt Training Tips 

Here are a few training tips for you. 
If you are new to exercise or have a medical condition please seek advice before starting any exercise regime. 
Body Blitz 
Struggling to get to a gym or off on holiday, try my new Body Blitz workout! 
Press ups - 5 sets of 10 reps 
Dips - 2 sets of 10 reps 
Rest with 10 x Burpees 
Squats - 6 sets of 30 reps 
10 x Jumping squats 
Rest with 10 x Burpees 
Lunges - 2 sets of 20 lunges (10 each leg) 
10 x Jumping lunges 
Rest with 10 x Burpees 
4 Sets of 30 seconds of mountain climbers 
12 x Table rows 
Abs Attack 
Give this Abs workout a go, you can either add to the end of your weights/cardio program or do as a separate workout. 
Full body crunches x 20 
V-sit twist x 20 
Twisty crunches x 20 
Touch toes x 20 
Perform the following in order with as little rest as you can handle 
Planks - 40 seconds 
Side planks - 30 seconds (each side) x 2
